Dowlphin OC stylus-drawn

This is my first real drawing in at least a decade. I'm starting step by step, thus, this is a trace of my old mostly auto-generated OC picture, drawn on a digitizer display.
I intentionally didn't try to perfectly imitate the original lines. The lines might have looked a bit smoother around the edges if GIMP 2.8 didn't have a broken tablet support, so I had to use PSP. ... It's perfectly alright for the hair though, since hair is naturally a bit fuzzy.
I wanted to give the eye color some shading, but I couldn't do it manually and didn't feel like doing a color gradient at the time. I also don't know how to make one circular.
The only thing not new is the cutie mark, and only because when I thought I was done and put everything away, I realized I had forgotten it.
Colors are mostly fills, except the eye and some minor corrections. The pinhole glasses are new, too. (BTW, they're a neat thing for eyesight therapy.)

Took me several hours to make this.

With the black lines, it looks a lot like cel shading.
I'm exploring the border lands, hah.
