What Starts With A Hug Needs To End With A Hug

Entry for fun collab contest "It Started with a Hug": redapropos.deviantart.com/art/… about completing a comic.
It felt complete to me, so this is my take on it.
Also: Severely lacking drawing skills, haha.

This was a little practice for me to draw beautiful, non-squiggly lines that also fit into the original artist's style and to Twiley's otherwise unchanged face. I hope I somewhat succeeded. (I have almost zero practice with freehand mouse-drawing and the lines were done with nothing but paintbrush and eraser. Still not perfect, but I easily get frustrated lately.)


SUPPLEMENT 2014-05-21: In retrospect, this was at least one of the impulses that made me get a digitizer and acquire some drawing skills. ... Don't forget: Even a mammoth tree grows from a tiny seed.
SUPPLEMENT 2014-06-06: I'm actually growing mammoth trees from tiny seeds right now.
SUPPLEMENT 2014-09-20: All the mammoth tree seedlings died, LOL. (Scratch the LOL. This is more like story of my life.)
